Floral Design with Rekha
We have designed these workshops to focus on the knowledge, skills and creativity that Rekha brings to the art of floristry. Her training at the Constance Spry School of Design followed by a 3 year apprenticeship in Germany gave her the strong foundation from which she creates her wonderful arrangements and installations.
Dahlia Dividing with Twyla
Dahlia dividing will be a hands on workshop. Participants will bring their own washed dahlia clumps. You can store them clean or with soil and wash them right before you bring them to the workshop- either is fine. If you don't have your own dahlia clumps we will provide you some of ours to give you the opportunity to get some experience. Tubers will remain at the farm unless purchased.
Twyla will demonstrate her approach and will then help everyone to get their tubers divided. This is our first time offering these workshops so any questions and comments are appreciated!
